Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Times

Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify. Estimated shipping times:

- United States: 3–7 business days

- Canada: 7–10 business days

- International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the product ordered.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple print providers through Printify, your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Order Issues

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lineagefarmco.com with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
